ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup milk
3 eggs
A little salt
4 tablespoons of sugar
A little orange zest
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Cook each pancake for about a few minutes on each side. You know they are done when they start having little holes in them and they are light brown. Take them out of the pan and put them on a plate. Drizzle honey and cinnamon on them. Then, EAT!!!
These are Tiganites, Greek pancakes from Greece. They are different because you have orange zest and four tablespoons of sugar inside. You also put honey and cinammon on top instead of maple syrup. When I was in Greece I was taught to make them by my aunt Evangelio.
