This is called Angel Food Cake. One day I made this cupcake. It was really good. We all liked it….except me. But you might like it and my mom, dad and brother really liked it. I didn't like it because it had cream of tarter and I don't like cream of tarter.

Here are the ingredients:
1/2 cake flour
pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
5 egg whites, at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Seasonal fruit (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine flour, salt and 1/2 cup of sugar and set aside.
Using a wire attachment, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar on high speed until soy peaks form. With the mixer running, add the remaining 1/4 cup sugar and beat until Stiff.
Gently fold the flour mixture into the egg whites.
Fil the cupcake pans with 3/4 full with batter. The angle food cakes will grow so don't over fill.
